Privacy policy

Last updated November 6, 2026

DonorClerk is operated by Dincer Labs (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it. DonorClerk is in early access: today this website only collects early-access signups. We will update this policy before the product itself launches, and we’ll tell early-access members when we do.

Early-access signups

When you join early access we collect your email address and, if you provide them, your organization’s name and which donor database you use, plus the date you signed up. We use this only to invite you, to ask you about your gift workflow, and to plan which integrations to build first. We do not send newsletters, and we never sell or rent your information.

We keep signups until the product launches and invitations are complete, or until you ask us to remove yours, whichever comes first.

How the product is designed to handle donor data

When DonorClerk launches, it will connect your AI assistant (such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini) to your donor database through that database’s official API. It is designed to hold as little as possible:

AI providers

The AI assistant you choose (for example ChatGPT by OpenAI, Claude by Anthropic, or Gemini by Google) processes your conversation, including any donor information the assistant retrieves through DonorClerk, under your own account with that provider and its terms and privacy policy. Please make sure your use of an AI assistant fits your organization’s own privacy commitments to donors.

Service providers and where data is processed

We use Cloudflare to host this website and to store early-access signups. Cloudflare operates a global network, so information may be processed outside your province or country, including in the United States. Where the law requires it (for example Quebec’s Law 25), we will disclose such transfers and take reasonable measures to protect the information. We will list any additional service providers here before they handle personal information.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing support@donorclerk.com. We aim to respond within 30 days. Canadian residents can also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. For material changes we will tell early-access members by email.
